The 66th Meeting of the NAT Implementation Management Group took place from April 29 to May 2, 2025, in Paris, France.
The meeting reviewed the progress of the NAT Oceanic Clearance Removal project and agreed on several mitigations to address the risks identified through post-implementation monitoring.
Additionally, the meeting discussed the outcomes of the NAT project teams regarding regional exercises on the use of the Location of Aircraft in Distress Repository and the review of regional crisis response processes.
Other conclusions included actions to enhance regional resilience against GNSS radio frequency jamming and spoofing, as well as improvements in data link and voice communication performance.
