The 2025 ICAO Aviation Climate Week will be held from 2 to 4 June 2025, at the ICAO Headquarters, Montréal, Canada, as a hybrid event with in person and virtual participation.

- Registration fees will be indicated in the registration process
- If you fall under a category that is free-of-charge - e.g. participants from Governments accredited by ICAO Member States - letters of designation (credentials) will be required on official letterhead, to be sent to
officeenv@icao.int . Voucher codes will be provided following the reception and checking of credentials, and participants will be able to include the voucher code in their registration process to benefit from free-of-charge registration.
