Nomination letters should be sent by email attachment to
officeleb@icao.int and in copy to
maria.memba@tcaa.go.tz not later than 15 October 2025.
Registration is not complete until receipt of a confirming email. Nomination letters should be signed by the executive head or responsible official of a department, agency or organization and indicate the name, role and title and email contact of the nominated official. Participants must be officials responsible for international air law and related matters in their State.
