Procurement notices
All ICAO procurement notices are published on the
United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) and on the QUANTUM platform.
To view all published notices, please follow the links provided in the section
Active Solicitations.
While all ICAO procurement opportunities are advertised on UNGM, the solicitation documents will only be accessible through the QUANTUM Supplier Portal
for entities registered on QUANTUM.
Participation in ICAO Solicitations
Vendors interested in any ICAO solicitation must create an account on the
QUANTUM e-procurement portal where they can download tender documents and submit bids.

Tender Alerts
ICAO encourages potential vendors to regularly monitor procurement notices on
UNGM or the QUANTUM platform, as ICAO will not send automatic tender alerts.
Interested companies may sign up for UNGM TAS (a paid Tender Alert Service offering automatic tender alerts to companies registered in UNGM under UNSPSC codes selected in companies’ UNGM accounts). UNGM TAS is the only paid service on UNGM and can be purchased by interested companies directly from UNGM through their UNGM accounts.
Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must duly fill in and sign the Vendor Eligibility form for each solicitation and the
UN Supplier Code of Conduct.
