In order to avoid unnecessary delays at the opening of the Assembly, all participants are strongly encouraged to register online and upload their photograph to their profile by following instructions available at the following web address:
A42 online Registration. Participants who have registered online, uploaded a compliant picture to their online registration profile and have their original credentials verified and pre-approved by ICAO Legal Affairs and External Relations Bureau, will be eligible for a fast issuance of their event badge. In order to gain access to the Conference Centre and to obtain documentation the event badge is mandatory.
Important
Any visitor (including MEDIA) to ICAO will only be granted access upon presentation of valid recognized passport or Canadian Government issued photo ID which indicates Canadian nationality - as proof of nationality (Driver’s license is not an acceptable proof as it does not indicate nationality).
To facilitate the registration process for delegates, the registration desk will open ahead of the opening of the Assembly according to the schedule below.
Registration Schedule
September 8 – 12 (Monday – Friday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to Resident Delegations only from 1400 to 1700 hours
September 15 – 19 (Monday – Friday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 0900 to 1700 hours
September 20 (Saturday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 1000 to 2000 hours
September 21 (Sunday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 1000 to 2000 hours
September 22 (Monday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 0900 to 2000 hours
September 23 (Tuesday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 0730 to 1700 hours
September 24 – 26 (Wednesday to Friday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 0800 to 1700 hours
September 27 (Saturday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 0700 to 1700 hours *
September 29 to October 3 (Monday to Friday) 2025, the Registration/Credentials Centre will be open to all A42 attendees from 0830 to 1700 hours *
* Please note that on the Council elections days, the Registration/Credentials Centre will suspend its operations one hour prior to the commencement of the voting sessions (i.e. at 9:00 hours on September 27, 2025 and at 13:00 on September 30, 2025) and until the conclusion of the Plenary Meeting concerned.
